At JOYOR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
